I'd vote for a location in the bottom of a mountain valley, so there will be skiing on hand, as well as paths for walking, running or biking.
Mountain pasture produces the best milk (and therefore cheese) as well.
My personal preference is for a Bauhaus structure with all modern amenities and a monster kitchen for the Food & Drink bunch to have fun in.
