What a bunch of crap. A woman commits suicide and you blame the gun shop? Do you expect them to be mental health experts? You will also notice that the range says she has been a member there for about 5 years. Sounds like she wasn't some unknown woman who just walked in off the street.

No, she was some nutcase that had been going there for 5 years and they never once noticed she was mentally unstable and were more than happy to hand her a loaded gun.

They handed her a loaded gun? As in when she took the gun from them it was already loaded? She took her own life and that is their fault?

One more step by the left to totally ban firearms. So basically half of my guns mags would be illegal under this law, since they hold more than 10 rounds. Why is it people who know next to nothing about guns are always the ones making the gun laws? CA already has their "bullet button" lock system which is suppose to prevent such mass shootings, why double down with a mag size limit?

It isn't hyperbole. Once the anti-gunners realize that a 10 round limit isn't enough to stop gun violence, they will move to ban guns. I mean isn't that the whole point anyways?
