Please help me check the apology letter. Thank you.
Dear Peter Brown,
I know that we have planned to meet at 8:00a.m.this morning on the playground to talk about the arrangements for the next Sunday’s English Corner activity. But unfortunately, I took a final exam from 8:00a.m. to 10:00a.m. and I did not realize our appointment until I finished my exam. From the bottom of my heart,I’d like to express my sincere apologies for my failure to keep the appointment.I’d appreciate it if you could accept it.
I hope this did not mess you up completely. And if it is convenient for you at 2:00p.m.today,I hope we could meet at that time.I am extremely sorry for that again.
I am looking forward to your reply!
Best wishes for you!
