My name is Amy 24 years old, my friends say that i am too fatty .I want to lose weight and want an attractive body but i found i little difficult because i don't know anything what kind of exercises should do to lose weight and what diet plan have to follow. What you think guys what should i do to lose weight ?
Brisk walking for 2 KMs or
Fast running for 5 KMs daily.
Food contol - light break fast - light dinner - good lunch.
Lots of drinking water i.e., 1 liter per 20 kg body weight on daily basis.
Avoid junk foods and bakery products.

Start skipping and running first. These are very essential for weight loss. Avoid oily and junk food. Add fruits and boiled vegetables in your diet.
