I am looking to loose fat fast. Also I don't want to put too much stress on my body? How do you think I can achieve this.

Keep in mind that fast weight loss has proven time and again to NOT lead towards permanent weight loss. It has taken you a while to put the weight on and it'll take time to take the weight off. Slow and steady is often time more successful.

Three rules that allow for longlasting weight loss:

1. Get more exercise - do some sort of daily activity and/or do some sort of regular form of exercise 3-4 times per week.

2. Take in less calories, particularly avoiding white sugar, empty calories... processed foods and animal fats.

3. Do not rely on dietary fads or weight loss plans.

Walk a hell of a lot every day had proven helpful to me at least.

If can burn around a 150 cals per mile without placing any great stress on your body of course cycling also is a great exercise that place little stress on your body.

Both also can cut down on your gasoline bill by walking or cycling to those places that are only a few miles away from your home.

you may follow this workout/day: swimming (25 mins), jogging (30 mins) sporting (3 hr) make a balanced food menu, skipping (3 sets: 50/set) and i believe you will get slim soon.

Yes, you can achieve this. For this you have to control your calories intake first and make sure that the calories you are taking must be coming from healthy and nutritious diet. Cut off junk, fried, sweets and soda. Personally, I recommend sprints for the cardio rather than running. Sprint is the intense form of running which gives you rapid results. And do some warm up before starting sprints. Its highly beneficial.

Somehow I have a feeling you are on the right side of 40 as sprinting can be hard on the joints for people who are on the wrong side of 40................

To say nothing of people who are also more then mildly overweight at least to start with.

If you want to lose weight fast then you should follow a weight loss plan. You must do regular exercise and should consume a proper diet. You should drink water as much as possible and avoid junk foods. You can also prefer green tea as it is also very effective for quick weight loss.

I don't think it is good for you. Losing weight so fast can affect your body badly. It is a slow process and surely give a good result.
