Not only that, but Medicare and health care costs in the US has been decreasing. Nobody is yet sure why this is happening, but it is costing less for our government on these programs that the GOP likes to attack.

It could be because i am paying more of my health costs than i was. For instance a couple of drug subscriptions that i used to pay 25 bucks for a 30 day supply now cost me 100 bucks. Private ins. Change you say. Bad heart, diabeties, if i change my cost for ins would damn near double.

If bombs are so easy to make, why would anyone need help and why would they not be able to quickly tell that the bomb was built to not go off?

Or maybe building bombs isn't as easy as some people keep saying they are.

Building your own explosives from the raw materials along with you own triggering device and doing normal small scale testing is one thing, taking packets mark C4 and believing that what they happen to be on faith is a horse of another color.

The real cost reduction in health care was from the average increase of 7% for many years until just a couple of years ago when it dropped to 3% increase.

When translated in dollars, that's a hunk of change.
