I remain un-willing to compromise my Constitutional Right

A 12-year-old girl was shot Sunday night in a park on Cleveland's east side.
Police say at 7:30 p.m. someone shot the 12-year-old in the area of Parkwood and Tacoma.
When they arrived they searched for victim and suspects. Someone had already taken the child to the hospital.
Officers interviewed guardians and other people at the park who said that while visiting Walter Burkes Playground, two men began shooting at one another and the child was struck in the chest.
Obviously the man that didn't hit the girl must have been the "good guy" who was only attempting to stop the "bad guy".
