I have a TV and wouldn't want to be without it. There was a time, actually when my household had 8 TVs. But now, I have only two. But I use it to watch MSNBC, and Netflix and other stations of interest. I don't go to the movies or other things that cost money. So the TV is a necessity. And I don't mind admitting it.

The wind is so strong at the rodeo, they had to shut down all outdoor activities. The blizzard around Amarillo is said to have some hurricane force wind in it.

If it snows, we're getting a foot of snow. If it warms up a tiny bit, it'll be a mess of rain. Need to wear snow boots with treads tomorrow and carry an umbrella. You can't travel light around here.

The weather is really quite nice around here. Upper 50s day and above freezing in the low 30s at night. It is raining, or drizzling outside at the moment and colder than it has been. But no snow.

Mornin' all . . . there's a ring around the moon--iridescent, from blue through yellow to red. I figure that means either that there will be s significant change in the weather, or that i need to clean my glasses.

there are a few "last standers" living in the old Corbin farm by the Octoraro Creek. They are nice people but they have no TVs and they do not allow their children even think about owning a TV set and "rotting their childrens minds with all that gibberish".
We publish all our township notices and planning commission drafts and resolutions on one of those Community Channels . SO our "homesteaders" arent as informed as they believe they are.
