That will do nicely.


I sometimes confuse nova smoked salmon (cured and smoked), lox (cured, not smoked), and the dried smoked salmon available in the northwest u.s., tasty but not the same at all. I like all three. (well, I would)

the dry smoked is very nice as well but for tonight I think it's going to be nova lox all the way (that's how the smoked and cured is labelled here).

maybe a nice lemon slice for Spendius?

I'm starving! That looks awesome.

I am an avid collector of blue and white plates/coffee cups/tea pots, bowls, everything, Willow, (English) or other doesn't bother me...So you couldn't have asked for it to be served on a better plate !!
