New Mexico, California, and Southern Nevada, Hell! If I'd been around when we were working up our Manifest Destiny, I would probably not have agreed to that Atlantic to Pacific bushwa. Make it from say, Baffin Bay to Tierra del Fuego.

That would admittedly be somewhat restrictive to those who want to leave the US. Okay, Utah. Let 'em have Utah.

I didn't say Canada. I said "United States of Canada", with this map in mind:

I say we go block by block, and have borders on every street. Make it so that children have to show passports in order to head to a school across the street! Show 75 forms of ID and get strip searched in order to go to Home Depot! Construct gates in front of every driveway!

Think of it - there would no longer be any homeless dogs because there would be a huge need for them to sniff out contraband produce. No oranges on Main Street imported from Elm Street! You dunno what they're carrying! And there would be no unemployment, as anyone not otherwise working would be manning a Checkpoint Charlie.

I'm not responsible if this turns into a dictatorship. But I do like the idea of no homeless dogs. And I've never trusted the produce from Elm Street.
