None, as long as its not mine.
I choose my own donee-beneficiaries, INDIVIDUALLY, a lot of the time;
not always, e.g. dropping cash from hot air balloons aloft
admittedly is not 1OO% precise. I just saw some kids playing around
in the grass, near enuf to approach n take it.

Colbert didn't offer to pay Trump for anything. Trump would get no money if he accepts. It seems you think that when you donate money to a charity you are actually paying someone else who doesn't get any money at all. An odd view of the world there David. Maybe you view other people's money the same way Bernie Madoff does. “I made a lot of money for my clients”

That 's what we call: "a third party beneficiary contract", Mr. Parados.
Its not a new legal concept.
