I love it (the typo, I mean) -- the Whizard of Oz. Is that the fellow who pees on bad witches?

Actually thats really inspiring, and i think it could work. It would be so camp seeing the Whizard tryiong to pee on the witches while deep in the sprll magic business.

A very sweet and intelligent movie is on hbo right now. "Crossing Delancy" with Amy Irving. I saw this back in the 80's and it's on my list of dvd's to buy.

Golly, ossobucco, DVD players are so cheap now and once you see the quality of the picture and hear the great sound you won't want to go back. I'm trying to get rid of all my old videotapes.

It should have an S-VHS input or perhaps it even has a component input (that's the RCA jack red, green and blue input for a progressive scan DVD player which relinquishes a better picture). A player can also be hooked up with any conventional cable or RCA jack input. It should be in your manual.

ACTUALLY the Pillow book is a great one to several times. The flowandpresentation of images leads one to continually rediscover.AlfredHitchcock had that same ignigmatic style. That correctly framed images, made by someone who is a natural photograsper. That is also my newly coined word Photograsper. One who attempts to achieve that inexplicable something by searching with dynamic visual perception as a rule generate its own kind of m
hypnotic inticement to those who watch.

Most movies you see the whole thing is shot like nothing really mattered. Take Ocean Eleven. Barely one memorable scene. What do you remember,The lights in the parking lot thats what.Who ever framed those shots had barely any finess and relying even on all thaT TALENT it doesn't even add to a satisfying visual watch. People are hoping that if you fill the frame with enough stars then no one will notice that most Cinematographer started out haphazardly. they have never fully honed a visual style let alone a style that works on the narrow percentages of 2 or 3 % It is in this smalll area thAT criticalk framing or visual framing does more for the viewer than all these rudementarily shot scenes that rely on explosion and digital manipulation, not that that is bad. Spiderman just might be the best of allthings in that genre.

watched Liberty Valance last night. Itws amazing that when a movie is shot with a mission, it comes across.
algis, I too am bored shitless about all these CGI movies that are, with the exception of the CGI, phoned in.
