The extended versions? I hope that's not more than a better part of the day eating only popcorn. I've considered watching all three parts in one sitting (of course, with intermissions to eat or an appointed cook).

I've intended to do that with The Godfather series for years now but 12 hours...I just don't have 12 straight hours to spend like that unless sick in bed and one, I'm rarely that sick and two, under those circumstances, most of the time is spent asleep. Rolling Eyes

WAtched The Last of the Mohicans with Daniel Day-Lewis and Wes studi as Magwa(the evilest character in the book). I love the scenery around Chimney Rock NC. Its such a small park that its amazing they got so many scenes from it.

Tom Jones holds up well -- the movie, not the Welsh singer (although he certainly wasted a fabulous voice on terrible material. Ever hear him sing the blues?).

I saw On the Waterfront seven times back in the early seventies, then once again in the 90s. I could easily see it again. A masterpiece.

Yep. If for no other reason than to see Sir Sean back in the day, so handsome that the plot was almost rendered senseless.

Have you ever heard Craig Ferguson on Sir Sean? Very funny. Ferguson claims if you are from Scotland and do not imitate Connery that your citizenship is revoked.
