Sally the turtle. Cute

Sally and Spot used to try to mate but it never worked passed non viable eggs.

I posted about these a long time ago on a2k and a guy I like told me this was cruel, box turtles couldn't live this way. I think Spot was something like 27 at the time. She did take the whole shebang out in the parking area for them to get sun.

My bus/ptnr had Spot from youth. By now, he'd be pushing 35, a wild guess. Sally arrived later.

Sally is cute! looks like a box turtle. I googled turtle images and she looks like a Florida box turtle.

She is a box turtle, and so is Spot (photo sometime later).

I seriously liked those turtles, though they were hers. So did a lot of the rest of the town, as they were present at our Arts Alive openings. (Over here, kids, and some adults)
