Computer Hardware Problem?

Hi friends,

My system sounds Beep every time i start it. I have 2 GB of Kingston(1 GB at each Slot) with same Bus Speed and Pentium 4 (3.00 Ghz) Processor). Is it a RAM Problem? Are they conflicting with each other? But the Problem started occurring after 5-6 months when i upgraded my system.

Details we need details such as where in the boot up process do you hear a beep IE before the OS is call in and up and running is it one beep or many and what upgrades and what OS are you running and do you have the bios set up to check the system on boot up and so on and so on.
