Unbelievable! Power is out at the Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections and they're handing out PROVISIONAL ballots. Power won't be restored until after the polls close. Only in Florida!
TAMPA --
A power outage briefly brought voting to a halt at a Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections office.
The partial power outage was reported shortly before 4 p.m. at the Robert L. Gilder Elections Service Center, located on Falkenburg Road in Tampa.
Voters were not being allowed inside the building for a little over a half-hour, as officials said the darkness posed a safety hazard to people going inside. The voters who were already in line were given placeholders.
A short while later, officials said they were going to let a few people in at a time to vote.
Poll watchers said that if the power outage goes on too long, it could lead to legal issues.
TECO said 600 customers are without power in the area, but they are not sure what caused the outage.

@jcboy,
Interesting news report on Mitt.
Quote:
If Romney wins, he would begin his first term as a baffling figure - 3 hours ago Mitt Romney has reinvented himself politically so many times that it’s impossible for an outsider to know what’s real, Walter Shapiro says.
It seems conservatives don't seem to mind who they vote for - as long as it's not Obama. What a country!
I think that since Mittens was so concerned and informed about the problems in Libya, that as a show of goodwill Obama should appoint him as the new ambassador there.
to give him some foreign policy experience for next time...
