@JPB,
Florida might surprise many people. I think the ground game, particularly getting African-American and Hispanic voters to the polls, could swing things (combined with the Medicare issue which favors Obama.)
I don't want to call Florida for Obama, but I don't think it is a lock in the Romney column either.

I don't know about the others, but ElectionProjection nailed the 2010 midterms. I mean down to the
exact number of seats the GOP would win.
The others were probably close, too. I think this cycle, EP is predicting Romney will win by 5% (or maybe 7, can't remember).
@maxdancona,
Yes, Florida may turn out to be a much bigger win for Romney than most think.
It turns out that Americans like Mitt.

Well, right now, EP is predicting that Obama will WIN 290-248, with Romney winning the popular vote by 1.3%.

So, I'm happy to hear how confident you are in their methodology!
Cycloptichorn
TRY ONE PERCENT IN THE NPR POLL, NOT FIVE PERCENT. IDIOT. ROMENY ALSO LOSES BY SEVERAL PERCENT IN THE BATTLEGROUND STATES THAT WILL PROBABLY DECIDE THE ELECTION, ACCORDING TO THAT SAME POLL.
@MontereyJack,
LMAO! This H20 clown is so silly, we don’t have to worry about his vote, he couldn’t operate the voting machine.
You see that picture of Romney with the cans of Campbell's soup and the bag of toilet paper? A new low in loopiness and ineffectuality.
The states hit hard by Sandy need hundreds of millions of dollars to deal with flood waters, downed power lines, destroyed electric power grids, rebuild damaged roads, bridges, homes, and infrastructure that their entire population depends upon.
So what do Romney and Ryan do to help their fellow citizens in desparate need? Well, they advocate doing away with FEMA and federal aid to states hard hit by natural disasters. Ryan's worked for years to cut federal disaster budgets. And Romney collects soup cans from his supporters and now is looking for a way to truck the cans in and someplace that he thinks may exist to distribute them. Hate to tell you this, Mitt, but there are still grocery stores in the devestated areas. People can still get the canned food that's already been trucked in. I'm sure donating a few cans of soup makes you and your clueless supporters feel good, but it doesn't do a damned thing to solve their problems. Federal aid does. Today it's Connecticut and New Jersey. Tomorrow you might be the one that needs the aid. That's why something like FEMA, which mobilizes the resources of the entire country, is important.
Abolish federal aid? I simply cannot believe how heartless, short-sighted, and utterly asinine these people are.
And today's Reuters-IPSOS poll has Obama ahead by a point, and a majority of those polled think Obama will win.
Attention Obamabots.
Forcing your head into the sand, up your ass or running around with fingers in your ears
proclaiming loudly "Na, na, na, I'm not listening.... I'm not listening!" won't work here.
None of what you are doing is going to make the presidential Elephant in
the room go away... it pleases me to proclaim loudly that he's here to stay.
I hope you like the change.
WhirledPeas
Elephants in general make very poor houseguests. Romney has proven that's true.
@MontereyJack,
Not working here, but I hope you like the change.
The evidence seems to be showing that you're really going to hate four more years of not-change. Sorry bout that (that's just pro forma, I'm not sorry at all, really).
@MontereyJack,
MJ, you think the cretinous waterboy and his stalwarts will be this easy to find after Nov 6th?

That's pretty slick.
You should write Obama's Conciliatory Speech for him, really.
