Why should 12 people be killed when they were un-armed?

Chrise, theres more murders in LA annually than there is in ALL of the Brit Islands and the Irelands. No matter what OMG Dave says, its a fuckin travesty an its all becuse of our lax attitudes towards gun access
Farmer, it is not a question of being "lax".
It is respect of the rightful LIBERTY of the American CITIZENS involved,
the same as freedom of the press or freedom to vote.
Government was NEVER granted jurisdiction to interfere with gun possession.
As a condition of its EXISTENCE, it was deprived of jurisdiction of several things in the Bill of Rights,
including personal gun possession. That is the innermost essence of living in a FREE COUNTRY.

That means very little to the farmer. This is saying that personal FREEDOM is anathema to Karl Marx and to the farmer.
I bet thay 'd be a lot happier with the crime rate in North Korea.

No. Gun availability has only a minor impact on homicide rates.
