Rudy Guede cut Meredith Kercher's throat, then brutally raped her as she was struggling to breathe, then took her phones and locked her in her room so she could not summon aid to save her life, and went out dancing in a nightclub while she slowly drowned in her own blood on the floor of her room.

And what do the Kerchers do? They go around trying to frame innocent people, and in the process they inadvertently helped Guede get not one, but TWO huge sentence reductions (first they inadvertently helped reduce Guede's sentence from "LIFE with parole in 20 years" to "30 years with parole in 15", then they inadvertently helped reduce his sentence even further, to 16 years with parole in 8).

Guede, having served four and a half already, is now only three and a half years from parole.

I'll bet Guede sends the Kerchers a nice thank you gift when he gets out. Not many families are so accommodating to people who brutally rape and murder their daughter/sister.

Face it, the Kerchers are laughingstock, and it is not an "insult" to make fun of them.

b) so arrogant that he is so sure that he is right that he believes that no case is required

It's not always an assumption. I've denounced some stupid people on A2K who were unquestionably stupid.

Nonetheless, I assert that if someone engages in unprovoked name-calling against me, I have the right to make unfavorable assumptions about them.

And I note that of all of the people I've denounced as being stupid, I've never seen anything particularly intelligent from even one of them. If any of them really are intelligent, they are hiding it really really well.

I think my assumptions are reasonably accurate.

That's a fair summary of the situation. So long as they choose to engage in unprovoked name-calling against me, they'll have to weather justly-provoked counterattacks from me.

They have no real defense against my comments, either. If they ever complain that I am name-calling, I can counter by pointing out that they are the ones doing the name-calling, and I am merely responding to their name-calling.

If they ever complain that my commentary about their intellectual failings is inaccurate, I can counter by pointing out how they are name-calling instead of making an intelligent argument.
