China's communism, for sure, has been modified, but it's still alive, flaws and all.
To the extent that communism still exists in China, I am glad for it, in that it restrains
China's economy from growth and from more fierce competition with America.

The big plus on China's behalf is that it's not a client nation*, unlike some of the U.S.'s ...er..allies.
