When I think of "Puffy" I think of P. Diddy- I was thinking I could do "Puffy" as somewhat of an homage to him.

There is no rule that says you can't have two unrelated entities with the same name. I took a course in copyright law in art school.

"Puffy" was a personal nickname- not one he used on his records.
