We don't know that she was dumb or naive, do we? She could be smart, worldly and greedy.

Well - if she was smart and worldly - she would have asked for more than $20k and half up front prior to posing nude.

And not too worldly if she believed that they couldn't see him via skype because his camera was broken.

At least her sister was smart enough when after she heard the story she knew to contact the police.

Don't forget egotistical to the list of possibilities of the mother's delusional motives. The mother must have a massive ego to think some random nobody would want to commission a nude photo session of her and her daughter. Safe to say that neither are professional models.

True - you do have to have an unrealistic imagine of yourself to think out of no where at 41 some one is going to think you are model worthy.

My other question - what was thinking about getting from Mass to FL for a photo shoot any way. I could see this woman getting in her car, and driving her poor child to FL to meet this bozo and only to find that the address did not exist.

Thank goodness the sister intervened.
