Can't your aunt speak to your mom that you much rather stay with her?
Your stepfather is hardly going to change his ways, so I am not too sure either that this will be a good move.
Ah that's where the wind blows, so your mom wants you back so she can
receive assistance for you. Pretty rotten. I think when you're 14 you can
decide if you want to continue living with your aunt, in the meantime try
to stay put.
I’m sorry Travis and I hope it works out for you. Don’t take any crap from your stepfather. If he gives you any trouble talk to one of your teachers and if you have to call the authorities on him. Please understand it may not be a good idea that you talk privately with Morgan considering the age difference between you too but don’t be afraid to talk openly on her, you have some nice compassionate listeners here who do care.
I am so sorry to hear that, Travis. Yes, it's a good idea to stay out of his way,
and should he lay a hand on you, please call Child Protective Services, they can help you and you might be able to go back to your aunt.

@TravisCQ,
Hi Travis. Sorry to hear you’re back home. Things will work out and if they don’t take Jane’s advise and call child protective services. Stick around and keep us posted how you are doing. Tell your stepfather there is a big mean Puerto Rican that will kick him in the backside if he gives you any trouble.
I found this just for you.

I'm doing okay today. I will try to log back later.

One day is a step towards the four years or what ever that you are stuck there, but the prognosis for making it that long are not good. You are the dictionary definition of the kid who ends up homeless at 15 years old. Your mom, step dad, and aunt have all failed to step up for you recently....is there anyone else in the family you can turn to for help someone who would take you in and tell your mom to go to hell when she objects?
