Ahhh. So, I went to the dr. a few hours ago and my post now on a2k is - I admit - are a little wobbly - not just now but for sev days -

lessee, my eyes are still and will be semishitty for a while. We don't know what is going on yet, possibly nothing and possibly lots of uggies.

Oy, I guess I am sorry the flails...

I'm a mess and will be okay too.

Oy, I see I lost it.

My eyes are the same as they were and are, and will be. They are more fixable now than ten days ago when things were actually dire.

My behavior just now was an emotional wash, which I don't apologize for but hope to preclude, you don't need to see it.

Okay, you can post, I won't explode at you....

eeey, don't mean to be histrionic.

Indeed I have no clue what will happen. I acknowlege CI, who has low vision in his left eye, in all these posts.

Re my new left lens, the vision is presently low and is improving mildly. Why this is so is a present medical mystery but seems to be improving.

I have just had a screaming fit on a2k, which of course is useless but cathartic. Back on track.

ok, temporary hysteria, well

I have posted a few times, probably making things worse. Things aren't actually worse, they are just as they are, and we don't know enough.

will wipe up my tears in the morning, I expect. Just a lttle blue now.

Osso, go ahead and scream; you've earned the right. I'm sure we all wish we could be there with you physically. But you know we are there in our hearts. As soon as you can, I hope you'll go to sleep and have nice dreams. My favorite phrase again: This too shall pass.
Love, J.

I'll yell for you, happily.

<visual -- cold night, a quiet street, snow glistening in the moonight, a nice old victorian, some windows gently lit, and suddenly crazily flashing lights in every room -- that's me, screaming and setting off my sound system. Very Happy>

Oh Osso - you deserve a fit of what ever type you let loose. Scream, cry, throw pillows. What you are going through is frusterating to ME, I can't imagine all that you must be going through yourself.

We're your friends, a little screaming fit won't make us leave the thread.

Osso
Osso, you are amazing that even through your tears and frustration, your wonderful sense of humor still shines through. It sounds trite, but that will help you get through this. We all are calling on the eye god to give you a full and speedy recovery.

Why in the world are you embarrassed? Seems to me that you went through quite a traumatic event. Bet you're glad that it's behind you! Very Happy
