Y'all know about the Anthony Weiner issue? The guy with the fortuitous last name had his Twitter account hacked (he says) and an undie-clad crotch-shot posted that may or may not actually be him (he won't say conclusively).

Today he was being interviewed by reporters, and after many double entendres, this exchange happened:

I am certain, however, that yours, like mine will never be answered.

It is astoundingly ironic that someone who not only defend gays but declares those who are troubled by their lifestyles to be homophobic neanderthals, will so quickly resort to sexual insults that depend upon graphic homosexual sex acts.

If you do get an answer, here is what it will be:

"I do this because I know how much you hate homosexuals and I know comparing you to one will drive you nuts."

Weiner is on TV right now admitting he did send the photo, that he has been lying, and that there are other photos out there involving other women.

He is deeply sorry and takes full responsibility but will not resign.

What the hell does it mean anymore to "take full responsibility?"

If not for Andrew Breitbart and Fox, the Liberal media would have just let this story disappear.

Let's put aside whether or not there is anything fundamentally wrong with the character of a married man who is a US congressman sending a photo of his "bulge" to young co-ed...

As soon as he realized his colossal blunder he reacted by lying through his teeth and accusing unidentified parties of perpetrating a politically motivated hacking scam to make him look bad.

This is outrageous on a number of levels.

His reflexive supporters will trot out the old "it's just a lie about sex" dodge but whether or not that can be a mitigating factor, he wasn't lying about sex, he was lying about an offensive act that tells us much about Weiner the person, and he was lying to save his political ass.

But not only did he lie about his committing the act he attempted to divert attention away from himself by blaming politically motivated right-wing hackers...bogeymen.

He knew his supporters on the left would readily buy into this nonsense and they did!

We'll see what happens now. You know he's hoping he can ride it out.

You don't even realize that Palin was correct and that Revere (by his own testimony) warned the British that the Americans were coming.
