Felons can't vote, can you, cj? I'm voting down every Teabillie I can. So even IF cj could vote, I'll cancel his vote out.

@bobsal u1553115,
It's really not that voting is a waste of time; it's that the American people vote for the very people that does them harm.

The GOP thinks "Obama" is a swear word... "Obama is a great president! To me, the "worst" swear word is "Republican"... The GOP's bait and switch, because they think we are stupid. What has President Obama done wrong? "Nothing wrong" and, all "good"!!! Sky high economy (except for the middle class which the GOP blocked). What have the Republicans done for the middle class? NOTHING AT ALL! No jobs, no affordable and "reliable" healthcare, leaving our national parks vulnerable with the shutdown, no green energy plan, only tax cuts for the rich. "Do nothing Congress", "least productive congress in the history of congress". All because of the "Republicans"... Republican = nasty curse word... I won't be voting for a single Republican.

So do a lot of D's, even senior ones. How often have you seen The Professor invited to campaign this fall?

under what standards?

But it looks like they are going to kick the D's ass tomorrow. Maybe reality is not what you think it is.

You would say all this while the Republican mantra is the Taliban?

You're a ******* idiot too.

The press are only trying to scare the democrats into voting this "midterm" none of the polls are accurate.

Given the expectation that we will have near record low turnout today, that is to say near record low interest, claims that voter suppression is a relevant problem have significant barriers to overcome.

Question 7: Maine Bond Issue

Do you favor a $7,000,000 bond issue to facilitate the growth of marine businesses and commercial enterprises that create jobs and improve the sustainability of the State’s marine economy and related industries through capital investments, to be matched by at least $7,000,000 in private and other funds?”

Link to legislation for public law 592 http://www.mainelegislature.org/legis/bills/display_ps.asp?paper=SP0539&PID=0&snum=126

Comment:
I voted yes for this but I wonder if I made a mistake?

How can you "expand marine businesses" while "improving sustainability"?

The waters are already over fished???

This appears to be nothing but double talk.

I voted yes for one reason only, not more jobs... but the word "sustainability" if it means creating jobs to clean the trash out of the sea then yes! If it means creating more jobs fishing over fished waters then definitely not!

Can someone please explain this? Did I do the right thing voting yes on this bond?

I would take your own advice on that. You support the ruin of this country through progressive policies. Along with that comes white guilt and other manufactured propaganda tools that support division not unity.

@RexRed,
You are assuming that the only marine business is fishing. Fish farms would also be marine businesses and would improve sustainability since they would reduce fishing.
