The Obama White House was just caught in another lie today according to Judicial Watch.

Department of Justice attorneys for the Internal Revenue Service told Judicial Watch on Friday that Lois Lerner’s emails, indeed all government computer records, are backed up by the federal government in case of a government-wide catastrophe. The Obama administration attorneys said that this back-up system would be too onerous to search. The DOJ attorneys also acknowledged that the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) is investigating this back-up system.

The revelation that Lois Lerner's email could be recovered from a government-wide back-up system reminds us anew of the arrogant smirk on the face of IRS Chief John Koskinen's face as he testified before Congress that Lois Lerner's emails could not be recovered. Of Course: Lois Lerner’s Blackberry Was Destroyed


After news that Lois Lerner (and coincidentally a number of other IRS employees’) hard drives crashed, and were physically damaged, we found out that there is a back-up system, but it would take take too much effort on the IRS’s part to retrieve them. Now we find out that Louis Lerner’s blackberry was destroyed, too – after congressional investigations into her targeting had begun. You know what. Despite what the president said, I’m beginning to think there might be a a smidgen of corruption and a little bit of a cover-up going on, here.

So the IRS attempted to destroy evidence of the emails after the investigation began, and those emails might still exist somewhere beyond the reach of the government officials in charge of destroying the evidence. Again, this is a direct challenge to the media: the IRS is expecting either a pass or scandal fatigue to play to their advantage. That is, they are hoping to set a precedent that the government can get away with heavyhanded abuse of its power so long as it destroys enough of the evidence once an investigation commences.

Indeed, it would go beyond the sadly all-too-routinized forms of corruption, which are bad enough. The newest round of revelations describe a government agency (and its elected allies) not only thoroughly corrupted but also insistent on its entitlement to stand above accountability. The allegations warrant front-page headlines from the country’s major newspapers, surely. So where are they?

I haven't said anything about a "torn eye socket", nor do I have any idea what that means.

Please explain to me what that means, and how it is relevant to what we were talking about.

Make their own countries take care of them, that is what they are for. If they can't take care of them, then the people from those nations should turn their protests on their home countries and force change, instead of trying to force change in a country they didn't come from.
