The "scandal" broke under the term of an Obama appointee, so rightly or wrongly, he gets the blame.

That's not true in this political climate; the GOP goes on a hunting spree to see what they can blame on Obama. The majority of times, they're WRONG.

It seems the majority of Americans are wiser than I ever thought, and blame the GOP for most of our problems with our government. That's the reason their performance approval rating is now at 9%.

I never thought I'd see the day, because at least 30% are hardcore republicans.
