What if you get your way and every office goes GOP/Tea Party?

That would not be "getting my way", because I do not want that to happen.
I prefer things the way they are, with both parties having people in office.

One party rule has never worked, no matter where it has been tried.

Its amazing how many of you have your panties in a twist about the Hobby Lobby ruling, when you apparently know nothing about them.

Hobby Lobby DOES pay for contraception for their employees, they always have.
The company owners, and lets not forget that the company is totally owned and controlled by one family, don't want to pay for what they consider forms of abortion.

They are not denying anyone access to contraception, nor are they denying access to abortion, they just don't want to pay for the abortion.

6 Reasons Liberals are Incapable of Governing

Quote:

1) Their political alliances require a lot of corruption: If you boil the political pitch liberals make down to its essence, it's basically, "Vote for us and we'll give you 'free' stuff and let you do whatever you want.

2) Their close-mindedness keeps them from getting feedback: Liberals live inside a closed feedback loop. Conservative criticism of liberal policies is treated as wrong by default because those of us on the Right are supposedly awful, mean, racist people who hate poor people and puppies.
3) They don't care if their policies work: Liberalism was not, is not, and will never be about putting the best policies in place to help the most people. If liberals did care about results, they wouldn't be liberals in the first place. To the contrary, liberalism is all about taking positions that make people feel good about themselves.
4) Their strategy is centered around amassing government power: If people can take care of themselves, then they don't need liberals telling them what to do "for their own good" and that just won't do. So, liberals have embraced big government not because it's effective at solving problems, but because it's a good tool to use if you want to control people.
5) They don't like America very much: Conservatives start with the assumption that America is a great nation that's worth preserving. Liberals don't share that assumption.
6) They believe the ends justify the means:Liberals don't care about rules unless the rules benefit them in some fashion.

Today: New Georgia Law Blocking Some Obamacare Implementation Goes into Effect

Up yours Barry!http://www.acidpulse.net/images/smilies/lolol.gif
Quote:
Many barriers were broken down inside the capitol to convince others that it is possible to stand up to the federal government in a constitutional and pragmatic way,” Spencer said. “While, we did not achieve all that we wanted, we still won the day. We made the comeback of the legislative session. The path for future pro-10th Amendment initiatives has been plowed.”

Specifically, the legislation:

1. Prohibits any state agencies, departments or political subdivisions from using resources or spending funds to advocate for the expansion of Medicaid. This provision works hand-in-hand with HB990 to make it more difficult to expand Medicaid. HB990 would require legislative approval for expansion of the program, barring the governor from doing it by executive order.

2. Prohibits the state of Georgia from running an insurance exchange.

3. Refuses and federal grant money for the purpose of creating or running a state insurance exchange.

4. Ends the University of Georgia Health Navigator Program. It allows the school to complete the functions under the current grant but would prohibit it from getting a new one.

@mysteryman,
Hobby Lobby covers:
Quote:
Male condoms
Female condoms
Diaphragms with spermicide
Sponges with spermicide
Cervical caps with spermicide
Spermicide alone
Birth-control pills with estrogen and progestin (“Combined Pill)
Birth-control pills with progestin alone (“The Mini Pill)
Birth control pills (extended/continuous use)
Contraceptive patches
Contraceptive rings
Progestin injections
Implantable rods
Vasectomies
Female sterilization surgeries
Female sterilization implants

Hobby Lobby does not cover:
Quote:
Plan B (“The Morning After Pill”)
Ella (a similar type of “emergency contraception”)
Copper Intra-Uterine Device
IUD with progestin

What Hobby Lobby will not cover are four contraceptive methods that its owners fear are abortifacients:

Tell Everyone You Know Who’s Upset About Hobby Lobby How Much They Pay Their Employees!

Quote:
The evil folks at Hobby Lobby pay their full-time employees a minimum of $14 an hour. That is nearly double the national average for minimum wage. The hourly wage for part-time employees is also $9.50.

“We are very fortunate to be able to increase hourly wages for our employees, because we know our company would not be successful without the great work they do each day in our stores across the nation,” said the CEO and founder David Green.

A full-time employee there can by their own birth control for $9 a month. Not that it matters though because Hobby Lobby covers 16 out of 20 contraceptions (never hear liberals mention that either).

The public largely blames President Obama for the flood of children who have poured over the border in recent weeks, creating a growing humanitarian crisis, according to the latest IBD/TIPP Poll released Monday.

The late June survey found that the public largely blames Obama policies for the crisis in Iraq and believes the lost IRS emails are an administration effort to cover up wrongdoing at the agency.

And you know it’s nobody’s fault but Obama’s.”

Only useless to an idiot like you. Walmart is paying those wages. And developing our energy would provide a lot of good jobs.

You are dumb enough to suffer, and make the country suffer, and then whine about it.
