@RexRed,
There's no way to fight stupid people. They don't have any ethics or conscience, and will say anything to mislead the public.

What's more interesting is that the "good" republicans aren't speaking out against these atrocious lies. They support the lies by their silence.

I think if we are going to allow illegal immigrants into this country we do not make a slave class but pay them equally and fairly... In my mind there is no room for debate on this.

@RexRed,
In your mind there may not be room for debate, but we all know how the GOP hates "equal pay for equal work." They are out to destroy all unions - an organization that helped all workers with better pay and benefits.

They believe they are better than the 47%, and the irony is, many belong in that 47%. There's no cfs.

You need to provide proof of this.

@H2O MAN,
The proof surrounds you, you're just blind and ignorant.

Quote:
Amidst the continued outpouring of praise for Ronald Reagan, let's not forget that he was one of the most anti-labor presidents in U.S. history, a role model for the virulently anti-labor George W. Bush.

Republican presidents never have had much regard for unions, which almost invariably have opposed their election. But until Reagan, no GOP president had dared to challenge labor's firm legal standing, gained through Democratic President Franklin D. Roosevelt in the mid-1930s.

Reagan's Republican predecessors treated union leaders much as they treated Democratic members of Congress -- as people to be fought with at times, but also as people to be bargained with at other times. But Reagan engaged in precious little bargaining. He waged almost continuous war against organized labor.

Quote:
http://thinkprogress.org/politics/2010/11/17/130872/paycheck-fairness...
Today, Senate Republicans voted unanimously against legislation to close the pay gap between women and men. The Senate voted 58-41 against allowing debate on the Paycheck Fairness Act, which would help end discriminatory pay practices against women. It had already passed the House.

@cicerone imposter,
But how many people has he cheated, how many of his employees are underpaid compared to him, how many companies has he destroyed, how much has he damaged the environment, and how many people has he forced out of work?

These are the questions that must be asked and addressed.
