@RexRed,
More like becoming impotent as a party, but still in "existence."

The majority of Americans (53%) - that includes conservatives - approve of gay marriage.

They love to kill their own party with slow death. It's laughable that they continue to court blacks as if they're still the party of Lincoln. LOL Mr. Green

If you don’t know who ALEC is or what they are doing in your state, you are too uninformed to vote in your local elections

@RexRed,
Too right about ALEC. I've taken to writing Republican legislators and asking if they WROTE the bill they are sponsoring? It's not easy, I tell them, to write a law but it's their job, not some lobby group with an ax to grind.

@RexRed,
That's the outcome when the legislators are the same people that got the same education they are promoting for their kids.

DUH!

@cicerone imposter,
Maybe the NRA is right. We do need enough guns to arm everyone in the USA. Than we can declare hunting season on selected sections of the political area. Make everyone buy hunting license and we could balance the budget.

@RABEL222,
Arm all the "good" people to defend against the bad. The only problem is to identify all those good people who end up killing their own family members then committing suicide.

@RexRed,
Very informative. But as usual there was no solutions proposed. I dont know about any others but I have information enough to explode my brain but no workable solutions.

@RexRed,
Here's a clue about wealth and inflation - which is strictly my personal opinion.

Since so much wealth is held by so few people in this world, the chance of a real inflation spike is almost nill. Why? Because those wealthy people do not buy what the poorer people buy with their limited money. They do not create high demand for the goods and services that are being produced.

Say that the whole world's wealth is worth $10,000, and the wealthy owns $9,000 of the total. The amount of goods and services now must be purchased by those in the remaining 10% - or $1,000. In a world with so many goods and services to be purchased, the limited amount of currency to purchase what's available creates a demand on those producing those goods and services to keep prices low. Otherwise, nobody will have enough cash to buy anything.

Simplistic Econ 101.

@cicerone imposter,
I don't know enough about economics to agree or disagree with your assessment but it (consolidated wealth) just seems wrong...

@H2O MAN,
If you post this picture enough maybe you'll believe it.

H2O = Hail2Obama... Smile

Pathetic how a party can go so backwards so fast. From pro human rights and pro Blacks to sink to the disgusting level the repugs are currently at and still claim to be Christian.

Well guess what? The repugs do not represent Christianity anymore either.

Take all the atrocities in the Bible and hold them up and superimpose them over the republican party and they will align perfectly. A nation of vipers Jesus said while he overthrew the tables of the money changers (banks)... Den of thieves he called you all...

It is also the republicans fighting Elizabeth Warren from implemented FAIR banking and regulatory practices... To protect consumers --- just like Jesus did... So who which party is anti-Christ?

And which party is providing universal health care like Jesus commanded and which party in near totality voted against healthcare for the poor? Which party stood at capital hill calling the democrat senators who brought health care reform to the poor the N and the f*g words?

Well, it was the Teapublicans... for shame! Feeding and caring for the poor is not only a Christian precept it is a human imperative. You repugs are heartless and unforgivable...

The last election the republicans had a chance to shed their Wonder Bread image they continually made it worst with their shield the rich and "corporations are people too" bull crap... They propped up a man who belongs to a church that not so long ago forbid blacks to attend because their precious holy book says that blacks are cursed, their book also denigrates women with its endorsement of polygamy and then there is the republican terrorist freak Ted Nugent... Your patron saint toting gun violence like a mantra... Let's not forget Rick Santorum who is just fine with the Bible and its love for slavery, homophobia and sexism...

I voted for McCain... But once I saw the apparent racism, sexism, homophobia coming out of the teapublican party I tossed the party like a pile of steaming dung.

I voted for Obama the second time because I refuse to be fooled twice... You on the other hand are seemingly a chronic fool...

So what is your reason for staying with these inbred racist, hate the poor, feed the filthy rich teapublican degenerates?

Remember the republican presidential election convention? Less than one percent of the attendees were of Black, Latino or of Asian background...

Why? Because the republican party changed long ago. The Pat Robertson's and the closeted republican sociopath hypocrites saw to that.

The repugs along with the hypocritical, Church of God and Christian wrong... replaced a tolerant and accepting PTL with PTHell...

And you can tell Rat Robertson that Islam's Sharia law is just as barbaric as his backwards and homophobic God of the Bible.
