So ColdDoper, what's wrong with the freedom of speech? Or is ColdDoper one of those Teapublican Constitutionalists that consider speech as free only if it agrees with theirs?

Caution ColdDope, in addition to being a documented equivocator, ColdDoper is dancing dangerously close to becoming a quisling.

These are very broad categories and can be successfully argued.

None of those meet the standard of high crimes required by the US Constituition. Vague claims without specific facts don't meet any standard required under the US Constitution for crimes.

Let me repeat. You ARE an idiot. Your reasons for impeachment prove it. You make vague claims as if they somehow are what is required under the Constitution.

According to perennial idiot Sarah Palin, “seniors and the disabled will have to stand in front of Obama’s ‘death panel’ so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their ‘level of productivity in society,’ whether they are worthy of health care.”
The cruel twist is that in a sense Palin was right; seniors, the disabled, and the poor have stood in front of Republican death panels that decided they are not worthy of healthcare because Republicans rejected a major component of the Affordable Care Act.
According to a recently published report, Republican governors and legislatures will be responsible for sentencing thousands of their constituents to death every year due to lack of medical care and the GOP’s intense hatred of President Obama.

A Harvard Medical School team of researchers recently published a report, “Opting Out Of Medicaid Expansion: The Health And Financial Impacts,” that calculated the body count in Republican states rejecting free Medicaid expansion for millions of Americans because they hate the Affordable Care Act more than they care about their residents.
According to the Harvard report, Rick Perry will be responsible for up to 3,000 Texans’ deaths every year, Florida governor Rick Scott will have 2,221 Floridians’ deaths on his watch, Nathan Deal will help kill 1,176 Georgians each year, and North Carolina governor Pat McCrory will be responsible for 1,145 North Carolinians’ deaths every year.

All told, 24 Republican states will kill off up to 17,000 poor Americans every year and the travesty is that the deaths are preventable and the cost of saving their lives to Republican states is nothing.

@coldjoint,
Parados isn't a shill, joint. You are.

While those are in fact one version of what would constitute impeachable actions, they are NOT a statement of anything Obama has actually done. Which is why the notion of impeaching him is nothing but the wet dream fantasy of the wild-eyed right. Which is why there is no serious action toward that end. Yes, I'm perfectly serious, joint. He's never done them, and the whole thing is pure bogusity.

No I am just someone who sees the agenda of progressives. And the things Obama has done can be determined to be impeachable. Benghazi is one. His shitting on the Constitution is another. And his overreach usurping Congress. It all depends on the support in the two houses of Congress.

You really have to look at this piece on Ryan's budget. It lowers the boom on the poor and middle class,and greatly cuts taxes on the super-rich. It privatizes Medicare and basically destroys the safety net. Amazing!

Ryan...and the American conservatives in general...should disgust anyone with a functioning brain, Advocate.

But they will continue to prop up the barons!

@MontereyJack,
The real reasons why Obama is not impeachable is that he's doing what GW Bush established. If they impeach Obama, they'll have to charge GW Bush with the same crimes. Kind of a 'rock and a hard place.'

The GOP only knows how to make false charges and waste our government's time and money by voting to repeal ObamaCare over 50 times.

Too bad we can't charge GW Bush with doubling the deficit with starting two wars and the drug benefit never paid for.

The current deficit would look reasonable if it hadn't been for GW Bush and his lousy choices, and the GOP is now trying to blame Obama for it.
