How did Trump make the most deaths in the world from coronavirus, the least on his chart? They say figures don’t lie but liar do figures and we all know that Trump is the biggest liar in the known universe. The facts are that we have far more deaths from coronavirus than any other country in the world. We now have over 23% of the deaths in the world from coronavirus but we only have 4% of the world’s population. So how does Trump create his mis direction? He divides the number of deaths by the total number of coronavirus cases and we all know that Trump has done far worse than any world leader and we have over five million cases of coronavirus. This calculation rewards Trump for having more cases of coronavirus.

We now have over 5 million cases of coronavirus. We now have 5,016,537 cases of coronavirus, yesterday we had 4,962,216 cases of coronavirus. That means another 54,321 Americans were diagnosed with coronavirus today.

The death toll now stands at 162,830, yesterday the death toll stood at 161,729. That means another 1,101 Americans died today from coronavirus.

Trump has now declared himself dictator for life. He can now act like Putin or Kim Jung Un or at least he thinks he can. The founding fathers deliberately divided the powers of government among the three branches of government so any one man would not have too much power. The power to tax and spend the tax payers money belongs to the legislative branch. Trump believes he can destroy the social security and Medicare with an executive order. Trump has said if reelected he would “terminate” the tax that funds social security and Medicare. Baby Bush tried for years to kill social security telling the public the $4 trillion trust fund was just “worthless paper. If he had only known all it would take was executive order to do away with social security and Medicare and pocket that $4 trillion trust fund. It is a case of the tail wagging the dog.

Each day Trump is in the White House he grows like cancer. This is political theater a hail Mary pass in desperation. The Republican agenda for the last forty years has been the destruction of Medicare, social security, and the state pension systems. Trump believes that this crisis will give them the cover to destroy those hated “entitlements.” The republicans have no problem give the airlines $25 billion bailout but not one penny to bail out the states. Moscow Mitch and his last republican governor tried every way in hell to destroy the teacher’s pension system in Kentucky and failed. The Republican governor was voted out of office in a Republican state. Moscow Mitch believes that in saving the airlines and bankrupting the states he can destroy the pension systems. If you let the ungodly greedy lead us around by nose, they will get a 50% cut of anything you can save for retirement and the republicans will absolutely love it.

Today we have 5,079,634 cases of coronavirus, yesterday we had 5,016,537 cases of coronavirus. That means another 63,097 Americans were diagnosed with coronavirus today.

The death toll now stands at 164,138 today, yesterday the death toll stood at 162,830. That means that another 1,308 Americans died from coronavirus.

If we are going to be serious about space exploration we will have to have reliable shuttles, we can't count on dropping space capsules somewhere in the ocean.

When people hear that Trump will cut out the payroll tax, they believe that is a good thing. That would be 7.2% tax cut but that cut would be far more important for the ungodly greedy. The employee pays 7.2% but the employer must match that amount. A large employer would save millions. Of course, there is no such free lunch. We have been hearing for years that social security is going broke, so by no longer funding social security and Medicare they could no longer exist. Trump said during his speech that if reelected he would find a way to make the payroll tax cut permanent. No payroll tax, no social security or Medicare. Trump is a master thief and eliminating the payroll tax would save him millions but he is doing it for the ‘little people” that watch Fox News.

Today we have 5,127,123 cases of coronavirus, yesterday we had 5,079,634 cases of coronavirus. That means another 47,489 Americans were diagnosed with coronavirus today.

The death toll stands at 164,773 today, yesterday the death toll was 164,138. That means another 635 Americans died today from coronavirus.

Really, that's your story? Funny, the first time it was mentioned it was in this post:

Space X flew their prototype Starship today and nailed the landing.

You mixed up Starship with Crewdragon so you could talk **** about SpaceX. Now you can't admit you were talking about the wrong rocket because then you would have to admit you are wrong...

@Baldimo,
No, he's been talking about cutting or actually eliminating the payroll tax — not the personal income tax —for a long time. I'm surprised you weren't aware of this.
Quote:
Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump is pushing Congress to include a payroll tax cut in the next economic relief package.
He unsuccessfully pressed for one earlier in the year, and renewed comments this week make it clear the policy remains a key White House priority. But a growing number of Republicans aren't in favor of the idea and most Democrats don't support it.

Payroll tax cuts have had mixed results in the past, and some economists argue that it's not the best way to boost the economy right now.

Here's what you need to know:

Workers would see more take-home pay

A payroll tax cut would reduce the amount taken out of workers' paychecks to fund federal programs including Social Security and Medicare.
Congress would have to decide how much to reduce the rate and how long the tax holiday would last.

Currently, workers pay about 7.65% of their wage and salary incomes. Employers match the amount while those who are self-employed pay both shares, though they get to deduct the employer portion.
A temporary payroll tax cut was implemented in 2011 in the aftermath of the financial crisis. It reduced the employee-side tax by 2 percentage points.

It won't help those most in need

A payroll tax cut would do nothing to help the more than 17 million Americans currently unemployed. It would also miss people who are out of the workforce, like retirees and those who care for children or other family members.

For the workers who would see more take-home pay, the benefit would be felt only over time -- similar to the boost many workers saw from the 2017 tax law, which changed income tax withholding. The economic effects would likely be less pronounced than from another round of stimulus payments. Direct payments are also easier to target at those most in need, reaching those out of work and giving more money to those with lower incomes, according to researchers at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.

Businesses could see a boost, but the virus is still a problem

A cut to the employer-paid tax would give companies a little more liquidity and may help those struggling to pay rent and other bills.

But it won't immediately help companies that have laid off employees or remain shut down. Some might not be back in business until the virus is under control and states can fully reopen.

An emergency loan program created by Congress made money available for small businesses hurt by the pandemic. The loans are forgivable if the business used the money to keep employees on the payroll -- but they were meant to cover only two months' worth of costs.

A tax cut reduces federal revenue

The payroll tax cut implemented in 2011 reduced federal tax revenue by $112 billion in its first year. It was then extended through 2012, costing an additional $115 billion, according to the Congressional Research Service.
Congress has already spent $3 trillion to help rescue the economy, which is likely to lead to a historic budget deficit.

Congress would likely replenish the Social Security and Medicare funds with general revenues, like it did in the past.

But Senate Finance Chairman Chuck Grassley, a Republican from Iowa, warned this week that a payroll tax cut would create a "public relations problem."

"People would think that we're hurting Social Security funds when we're really not," Grassley said.

A handful of Republicans brought up concerns about a payroll tax cut at a party lunch Tuesday with Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and Trump's chief of staff, Mark Meadows, according to a person in the room.
"Maybe three people raised it and they were all saying the same thing: Maybe this isn't necessary," the person said.

cnn

So even if Social Security and Medicare funds are made up from general revenue funds, this represents a loss of federal revenue at a time when federal spending is ballooning due to the coronavirus. It's bait-and-switch, and it's a blatant attempt to bribe the electorate.

You don't seem to mind the bribery attempts of the electorate when it comes to free health care, free education and open borders... You're selective commentary is pointless and only serves as a cover for Zardoz and his bullshit lies. I noticed you didn't bother to correct him on his subject change from starship and crew dragon. Funk off HT.

You must be thinking of someone else. Where have I ever demanded, or even suggested, the implementation of any of those programs? The original ACA, which I supported, wasn't "free". Public education, which I support, isn't "free". In fact, I criticized Sanders in '16 when he tried to attract the votes of young people by advocating free university education. And I'm a critic of open borders and immigration, legal and illegal. I just don't think Trump's wall is the best way to deal with the problem. Why the hostility?

At Trump’s press briefing today he was dragged off stage like a bad vaudeville act. It seems there was a shooting a few blocks away and Trump had to go into hiding. Trump has an army of secret service agents to protect him with sharp shooters posted on the roof of the White House.

It has now been reported that Make America Great Again crowd has now made America by far the greatest infected country in the world bar none. Trump is again going to close the barn door after the horse got out. Now Trump has decided to block American citizens from coming back into the country if they have been exposed or infected with coronavirus. This is the same Trump that bought back plane loads of people with coronavirus, they were not suspected of having coronavirus, there was absolutely no doubt they had it and Trump had them flown them all over the country to air bases where the virus could not be contained. Now 6 months later he is changing his policy.

Today we have 5,173,566 cases of coronavirus, yesterday we had 5,127,133 cases of coronavirus. That means another 46,433 Americans were diagnosed with coronavirus today.

The death toll now stands at 165,118, yesterday the death toll stood at 164,773. That means another 345 Americans died today.

@Baldimo,
Trump was talking about cutting out "payroll taxes" permanently. Payroll taxes are the taxes that funds social security and Medicare. Trump cannot cut the income tax rates under the constitution only congress can cut taxes Trump only power is to sign the bill or veto it. Neither the Republicans or the Democrats were interested in cutting payroll taxes because it would not help those who need help the most. You have to have a job for any tax cut to provide any help but a payroll tax will put millions in Trump's pockets. It will "really" help Trump.
