I surely don't know the hearts and mind of others, but I'm not cheery about leaving gitmo open or our libyan escapade. It's possible I can change my mind, which is still open, re it all being only about protecting civilians, but that's diminishingly likely. I'm not thinking it's an oil grab. I think it's stupider than that.

Obama said that Bush's policy of Gitmo and invading Iraq which was not a threat to the USA was creating more terrorists. Obama has Gitmo and is now bombing a nation that is not a threat to us. Do you find that hypocritical?

You are conflating the two situations.
I don't know if I think our actions in Libya are hypocritical, as maybe they are not.
I am in the meantime not pleased.

the problem as i see it is the UN, it either exists or it doesn't, if it's going to exist than it it should have a ready multinational force that enforces these sort of situations, under a UN flag, not a national flag or name, if that can't be established than the whole point is moot, it should be scrapped and New York reclaims some real estate

I think it's in the thousands. Maybe hundreds of thousands. Obama's pictures are being burned over there. Obama told us he was going to bring peace to the ME. Now he's creating terrorists. This is a nightmare that is becoming reality. Economy is crap. Another war he got us involved in. Creating more terrorists. Gitmo is still open.

How many of you who voted for this clown are going to vote for him again?
