Did you check out the menu options in the print menu to see if the color printing option is enabled?
Are you using Epson inks to replace the old ones?
If Epson color printers do not print and/or run the cleaning program on a regular basis, you might need to run the cleaning program a dozen more times to unclog it. If you're lucky that'll clear that clog out. If you're not, you could take it in to repair shop (that fixes printers) and have them clean it out. For some people in that situation it can be easier and more cost effective to get another printer. TYoyur printer can be purchased for around $200-220. repair will probably cost about $75-$90 (US price) as I've had that done once to one of my Epson color printers.
Check to see also if the cartridges are properly seated and the out-of-ink indicator lights are not blinking.
