Store/Restaurant Receipt Surverys

After shopping or grabbing some food, do you ever get these survey requests? Sometimes you can win thousands of dollars on a gift card from these stores, or a free donut with your next purchase simply by answering a few questions on the phone or on-line.

I just filled one out for Target. I figured what the h*ck? Anyone ever win? Or is it a waste of my 10 minutes that I will never get back?
