Sorry but my last boss and friend was as black as a piece of coal and there was a lot of blacks and so on earning the same paid as I was.

The company did not give a rat **** about the color of a person skin just if he or she had taken the time to get the skills and education to be a useful employee.

So all those people marching and chating was one black person an all the chats you can find on youtube with such chats as no justice no peace was just one person!!!!!!!

One black guy no it was more like three black guys in my small department and all three was doing well indeed.

Neither my company or I gave a **** about the color of the skins. It was part of my job to do a fast interview to check their knowledge level for my department before handing them over to the next person an I had no interest in helping anyone get a job that could not help with the work load even if they was as white as a damn ghost.

SO modern society had pass me by and yet you are the one living in the 1950s before companies stop caring about race as they could not afford to let anything beyond the ability to do the job matter.
