@djjd62,
I can only live right now, silly. I can only see each present moment and it's potential in and of itself. Also I only have so many of these before I die, so I'm trying to make it interesting.

I'm sure you do.
But that wasn't quite my point. Wink

Do you have a favorite genre? Any director in particular who has has a dream filmography you'd have loved to have been?

@failures art,
I wouldn't say I have a favorite genre, but the movies I would like to make would be heavy on visuals and big in scope.

I like a wide range of directors, but one that I particularly admire is Stanley Kubrick.

I would love to make a movie based on Cormac McCarthy's "Blood Meridian."

@Finn dAbuzz,
Kubrick was brilliant. A Japanese director, Sion Sono, made a film "Suicide Club" (Japan: "Suicide Circle"). When I watched it, I felt like it was the closest anyone has ever came to doing Kubrick without trying to do Kubrick.

I'm not familiar with Blood Meridian.

@farmerman,
Wow. Maybe it's too early for me to give up, then. Thanks for that, farmerman. Was/is she supporting herself financially with her photography, or living off pension, savings, etc.?
