How to eliminate a strong sexual craving for a particular woman?

Do you feel uncomfortable feeling this way about said particular woman? If it is bothering you, the first step would be asking yourself why. Many would argue sexual craving is natural, even healthy. Wanting to rid this is questionable. Why? Is it an obsession which you believe is becoming unhealthy?

This obsession works against me.

It sounds mundane, but I suggest totally distracting yourself. Try a new serious hobby, or at least something that will deter this obsession. Is this woman in question a particular induvidual, or is it more a sexual preference found in women?

A particular individual.

So what? (that you have a strong physical attraction)

It's your behavior that you need to control.

Stop thinking with your penis. You need to get your mind under control and be able to work and interact with women without it being a sexual experience for YOU.

How? How to do it?

Yes, mundane is the word.

The sooner the OP sees this, the sooner he'll move on.

Then focus your obsession on her faults and irritations.
