Thank u; pain is not as bad; very good of u.
I 'm only taking a lot of aspirin attenuated in tasty soup.
I disliked the
sick feeling that the Endocet Rx gave me
worse than the pain it stopped.

Lift light weights from whatever height from the floor
you feel comfortable with..start with them on a chair...about 5 kg.
Yes; I have weights (wates) and a bench.
I used to lift them every day.
Then around Christmas of 2004, I got sick.
Abdominal surgery, no food, no water, just I.V.
for long enuf that I got too weak to walk.
I 've never recovered strength 100%.
U r absolutely right; I shoud begin again.
I first began to lift wate at age 9,
to accelerate muscular development.
The heaviest wate that I found at the time was an old rifle.
Leg exercises too; that 's how I discovered charlie-horses.

The small muscles that control balance will benefit as well as the larger muscles that control major movement. People who end up using walking aids have got themselves into a vicious circle....they dont use their muscles so they need the aid which results in less muscle use and so on....their only hope is to die before they are bed ridden. Muscles will work well into advanced old age.....start exercising now and enjoy good health later.
Yes; studies have shown muscular exercises to be good for mental development
and to delay mental decline. Good advice; thank u.
U know, I 've loved your Avatar.
Will u describe it in detail? (Cute little furry fellow)
What is he firing, exactly ?
Calibration ?
(Its a good thing that he is not smoking anything
and getting confused about his targets or directions of fire.)
