Does it require Moderators' approval for a Noob like me to make post?

According to your history this is the only post you have ever made. Maybe you didn't hit "reply".

I did hit the 'reply' button and I even remember seeing myself subscribed to this thread right after that post.

What I wanted to say to the TS was that he has taken an honest and the bravest decision unlike others who would cowardly and out of insecurity try to compromise with their jobs knowing that they aren't capable of doing it or simply undeserving.
