In fact I had always hear that women jurors tend to vote not guilty on rapes juries far more often then men do.
women are harder on other women who claim sexual victim status far more than men and all across the board. The reason is that women know better than men that a lot of the allegations against men are either BS or that women are partly guilty too.
Of course the feminist excuse for this is that women have been programed by the male dominated society and are need of new programing from
wait for it

damn, if they went to prison, then they too would know what it is like to being raped - fitting justice; pure sign their really isn't a just god!
Hate to tell you this my slow slow friend but from Hawkeye past postings I believe if my memory is not in error that he is already aware of what it is like to had been rape without the need to go to prison.
Is not god wonderful as your payers had been answer many decades ago???
Guess there is a just god for allowing child rapists to exist.

Not sure where you got that but no. There was abuse in my home growing up that took me years to recover from but I dont claim victim status and the abuse was not sexual except for one event that was not rape. My wife was raped for years as a child at home and one of my daughters was raped and the other at least molested by the babysitters brother.
My interest in this subject is very personal, but it is more centered on my certainty that sexual transgression goes away in a society that functions well sexually, which we do not because we are very repressed and poorly sexually educated. That, and that the rape feminists desire to criminalize huge swaths of sexuality, to include some stuff that I dont intend to give up.
The feminists are regimenting and starving sexuality, which is completely the wrong approach. What we should be doing is feeding it, to include exploring our kinks rather than repressing them.

Hawkeye I was not one hundred percents sure that you had been rape as a child but I did remember that you had a personal stake in the subject if not the details of that stake.
I guess that as far as BillW is concern there is sadly no just god after all.
Sorry BillW but god had let you down unless you will settle for the women in his life.

@BillW,
You Know BillW the rape victims I feel the worst about are all those drunken men who are picked up in bars and taken home by evil females rapists every night and do not even know of their victimhood.
If those poor men had been females there would be no question by the Firefly standard of too drunk to consent to sex that they are rape victims.
We need to demand at once a Federal government funded program of at least a 100 millions a year to educate these men that they are not lucky but are instead victims.
We need to demand that these predatory females be arrested try and convicted for their crimes.

Your memory, as always, is quite inaccurate. You've mis-attributed people's comments throughout this thread. You really are a complete idiot.
But, thanks for sharing your sexual fantasies about Hawkeye--the ones that turn you on. Now we know who's really getting a thrill out of those "rape horror stories".
What we should be doing is ...exploring our kinks rather than repressing them.

Sorry it was just this wife and his two daughters so rape did not affect his life in any important way at least in your opinion.
But then from that comment of your Firefly given that his wife and his two daughters was involved I wonder who is the real idiot is here.
Do you happen to have a mirror?

By the way Firefly are you going to be aiding in lobbying congress for programs to educate our young men that if they happen to get pick up in a bar or anywhere else when drunk they are rape victims not just lucky men?
Oh and we also will need programs to educate the police on this matter of concern.
When the first male rape victims start to come forward thank to these new anti-rape programs we can not have the police laughing them out of the stations now can we Firefly.
With any luck we should have hundreds of young predatory females under lock and key within a year.
Hell we more then likely in a lot of cases will be able to get two rapists off the street at the same time at least when both the parties involved are drunk at the same time.

Some rapists need to "preserve the moment" by videotaping their crimes. Fortunately, this helps to provide the evidence which might convict them.
This was a date rape.

Man Accused Of Videotaping Sexual Assault
December 30, 2010
MINDEN -- A Minden man has been arrested on charges he videotaped a woman as he sexually assaulted her.
Derrion Nolen, 26, of East Street, was arrested Monday on charges of forcible rape and video voyeurism. Minden police said they caught Nolen running out of his house as officers and detectives arrived to arrest him.
Police said the alleged victim, who is 19 years old, told them she had agreed to go on a date with Nolen after he had text-messaged her repeatedly.
They wound up at Nolen's residence, where the young woman said she was videotaped as she was forced to undress and then told to perform a sex act, police said.
Police searched Nolen's residence and seized a video camera. Police said the video showed the crying woman being told she would be taken home if she performed oral sex.

A agree once more with you Firefly it is one hell of a good idea for most men to video tape their sex acts when ever possible.
If had save any numbers of men in the past from going on trial on rape charges.
So for most men it had proven far more of a positive then a negative no matter how this case will turn out.
Keep those hidden video cams on guys.

Here is a case where a video save a police officer
See below...............
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And here a sex video ended up saving 6 men from a possible life sentences behind bars.
By LARRY WELBORN
The Orange County Register
Thursday, November 9, 2006
A Dana Point woman was told today she must serve at least 90 days in jail for falsely accusing six men of kidnapping and raping her at gunpoint.
Tamara Anne Moonier, 30, also was placed on three years probation and ordered to repay more than $2,000 she received in state financial aid as a reputed victim of violent crime.
Superior Court Judge Carla M. Singer said Moonier can serve an additional nine months on home release if she is approved by the county probation department.
Moonier went to Fullerton police in June 2004 and reported that she had been kidnapped outside a bar by six men and taken to an unknown location and raped.
But one of the men videotaped the sexual encounter, and the tape contradicted Moonier's story, said Deputy District Attorney Paul Chrisopoulos. The videotape showed that instead of being a victim, Moonier was actually the instigator of much of the sexual activity, Chrisopoulos said.
The six men, who were never arrested or charged, could have received life sentences had they been convicted of gang rape.
Just a short note had anyone beside me seen the propaganda piece run on the Dr. Phil Show on the need to renew “The Federal Violence Against Women Act”?
They started with Dr. Phil talking off stage asking this lady if she was sure she would be comfortable sharing a stage with her husband who she had just voided a second protection order against so she could be on this show with him.
Now right away with this set up I was figuring this is a real wife-beating monster sitting out on the stage.
The following came out:
1)One there was never any physical violence in the relationship.
2)She has file restraining orders on three others of her male partners in her past.
3)That she had call the police a numbers of times to their home due to verbal fighting that she claimed cause her to fear for her safety.
4)She had aborted a child of his she was carrying and then lied to him that she had miscarry only later telling him the truth in the middle of a fight.
5)Last she still wish to be with him!!!!!
Now of course Dr. Phil blamed him for getting into her face during family fights as he is bigger then she is.
I kept talking to the TV set with comments such as fool file for divorce at once and do not go near her without a dozen witnesses at least.
If my wife had done any of her behaviors, I would have been to my lawyer the next day filing for divorce let alone all of them together.
Calling in the police over verbal fighting is a deal breaker, filing for a restraining order let alone two restraining orders would be a deal breaker and last but not least aborting a child of mine without talking to me before hands and then letting me know in a middle of a fight.
This is the example that the Dr. Phil show came up with to support renewing the violence against woman act!
Go on, you idiot, encourage men to break even more laws.
Quote:
Most states – including Mississippi – have laws making “video voyeurism” illegal. Video voyeurism is the filming or photographing of people without their knowledge or consent.
In 2004, the U.S. Congress made video voyeurism a federal crime, although the jurisdictional reach is almost insignificant. In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 1801:
Whoever, in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, has the intent to capture an image of a private area of an individual without their consent, and knowingly does so under circumstances in which the individual has a reasonable expectation of privacy, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
Along with the prison time, if convicted of this crime you almost certainly would be required to register as a sex offender in Mississippi, and most other states, and would suffer the other problems associated with conviction of a sex offense. http://mississippicriminaldefenseblog.com/2010/11/05/federal-video-voyeurism/
Quote:
Another English case in 2009, "R v Wilkins",resulted in a man who filmed his intercourse with five of his lovers for his own private viewing, being sentenced to imprisonment for eight months and ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register, where his name would remain for ten years. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voyeurism
Let me see dear Firefly would most men prefer to be facing a charge of rape with twenty years to life or a charge of illegally taping sex acts????????
I do not off hand think most men would worry for a second about charges they might be facing for taping such if it clear would them of a rape charge.
As far as Florida law in concern you can tape all you wish but you need to disable the sound to be within the law.
But once more who would give a damn **** about breaking a taping law if by producing it you can save yourself for being label a rapist!!!!!!!
Oh and all this is assuming that any DA would have the nerve to charge someone with this crime when the tape prove that he is innocent of the charge that the DA had level against him for rape

@firefly,
Have you ever heard of Susan Wilson? She was responsible for video laws being drastically changed here in Louisiana. They even did a movie about it. She moved into a house in Monroe and her neighbor had video cameras up in her attic with a lens focused in every room, bathroom, bedroom, etc. He also had video cameras in his pool house and would video women and young girls changing their clothes. He ended up with what was less than a slap on the wrist because of the then current laws. Now, largely due to Susan's efforts, he'd face a much stiffer sentence.
I am not sure what planet "IT" lives on but this guy putting video cameras in his neighbors house sure didn't have a thing to do with protecting himself, his property, or his family. He did it because he's a pervert.
