I am also neutral on the coming match.
Will the sport pages go out as "Croatian Sun"?
Maybe as a neutral audience,we hope the miracle.
But in this group,it's no doubt that France will qualify.

well koolplay, there's still doubt Smile Of course, they should go further, but they haven't been very good in first two matches - and if Switzerland wins today, and England or Croatia win as well (only with tie at ENG-CRO match France will go to second round even with losing) France is out.
Of course, odds are very low, but before tournament no-one was giving any chances to Greece, no-one would say that Latvia will held Germany to goal-less draw and with huge referee help for Germans...

as for England-Croatia...well...yesterday, maybe even today morning, I would say that England will go through, at least with a tie. But at this moment I am also completely under influence of fever in all Croatia, so I don't have enough of my brain to give any normal opinion about the game....

If we hadn't got that, of course then we would have played like versus the Dutch. (The main purpose of this draw just was to add some tension to this group as well - all done only for the best of football fans:wink: )

ah damn...I'm not that sorry cause they lost, but I really hate the way they played between 1-0 and 1-1. Gee, even Malta does not play so defensively, you can't play England like that.
If they played all game like second half England would probably still go through, but I would be much more satisfied.

We have to thank both England and Croatia for not being meager.

[Now, let's see... my fantasy team: I gotta take away Prso and Rapaic; include Nuno Gomes and Maniche... it's better to be consistent than to win]

Well played, England; a fair result. Rooney was fantastic, but Gerrard and Owen were out of touch.
Heskey and Gerrard blew it in the France match: what is the matter with these Liverpool players?

Still, they're getting better so I don't think Portugal will win the next match. Although you can't discount the home team.

so...what can I say...September 5th, Croatia-Hungary, first game of World Cup Qualifying Smile

Ah, Euro is still on...yeah, yeah I forgot about that...

I think France will go to semifinal and Portugal-England is going to be great match. I don't know who would I bet in that one.

We started the long road on Saturday, with an absurd game against Dominica.
10-0 was the score.
Dominica doesn't even have a football stadium, so they played nominal hosts in the US.
