The war is unConstitutional because it lacks a declaration of war. Congress is not authorized to give the president the power to deploy forces. They can either declare war, or they can choose not to.
Article I of the Constitution if you're curious.
I have the right to call you a chicken-hawk because you are. If I called you "english-speaking", it would be because you ARE. Chicken-hawk may be an insult to you, and it certainly has a negative connotation in our society, but it is a noun, and you qualify as one to be described as such. Deal with it.
Now, you didn't know the war was unconstitutional, and under the law our opinions are equal as our actions, but of the two of us, one holds a degree in political science and has some (small) measure of military service. The other, unless evidence arises to the contrary, has neither. I have a right to tell a doctor what I think a patient is suffering from, but odds are, he'll know better no?
