Scooby - You know full well he's asking you for an example. Your reluctance to answer any question raises questions of trust worthiness. You're anonymous on an internet forum for crying out loud. Open up. Think of it as a cathartic.

You've slammed a great American president, one who masterfully helped engineer the downfall of the USSR. Yes.....he had to compromise American idealism, a handful of times, to accomplish a much greater good. But that's life. We all make compromises, as we negotiate the challenges life throws at us. I find you cynical and empty......a hollow man who appears to believe in nothing concrete, certainly nothing he can articulate, or measure against his own experience, if he has any at all to speak of. Your thinking is dark, brooding, and ovewhelmingly depressing. It's a perfect reflection of your natural environment.

@socalgolfguy,
Scooby,

Have you not yet realized that you would do well to shut up on this issue? You have been completely proven wrong. After we shredded your argument to pieces, you resorted to changing the subject to a completely unrelated matter. You then proceeded to attack a person shortlisted for the title of greatest President based on something you think happened.

Please, just start to own up to your mistakes or start to be quiet as soon as possible.

I know this particular article was borne out of the scandal in the Los Angeles Mayor's office but it posed questions of all our leaders - who suffers most? Dems or rebubs..?

Interesting article...but one line caught my eye. "President Clinton's dalliance with Monica Lewinsky led to an impeachment"

Clinton was never impeached from office. It went to the Supreme Court but was not passed. If I'm wrong about that, someone correct me. Just another example of the media publishing information without research.

I've already told you the dictator-marketing is more of a spoof than anything. Down deep, I'm just a loud-mouthed Republican talking extra big 'on here', as you would say. Very Happy

He was "Impeached," but wasn't removed from office.

Impeachment has nothing to do with guilt or innocence. The process makes you responsible to congress and the American people for questionable actions. No one has ever been removed from office following impeachment.
