but i believe in a manner he has aproached the subject of what is the republican party really doing for the american people?

Probably alot more then most democrats and for sure more then any ficus can ever dream of. What i want to know is are the ficus's legal immigrants and are they a willing party or is Mr Moore just using them like he uses others?

I cannot begin to imagine what Mr Moore's reasons are, but I believe it is definatly something to think about when people begin to prefer potted plants to the men present in office.

@Brent cv,
But you see , they can do something about losing ! They can muster support , plan policy , lead people , and try to win elections rather than kvetch constantly about losing the last two big ones .
The way to do that is out of their reach , however , if they have no plans or ideas . The Liberals can't get over losing , they dwell on it so much it stalls them in the starting gate every time .
Now is the time for Liberals to rally and win . Many Americans are ready for them to try leading the country again , but may not vote for them if they don't offer anything for the people other than whatever they offered before .
Americans sitting firmly in the middle of the two sides are ignored by Liberals , not enough "progressive" mileage can be gotten out of them , they are too " vanilla" .
If they are for the little guy , why have the little guys never really gotten ahead under the Liberal administrations in the past ? If progressive policies worked , wouldn't the Liberals run out of "little guys "?

@Brent cv,
No one can actually predict what will happen...It all depends on the next few weeks if the Bushies can keep spinning their Democrats are sissies BS they might do it. If the Dems can refocus the debate on the ineptness of the repub in solving the problems that are on their own list of priorities the repubs will get slaughtered To dreniline .....old ideas are better than stupid ones ...and new applications to old ideas are better than refusing to budge from failed policies ....This president is a failure and his party knows it. If the Dems had chosen a better candidate they would have won the election and everyone knows it

@Brent cv,
What do you mean refocus the debate on the ineptness of the republicans?

All I hear from the liberals is bitching and moaning about the republicans

"refocus the debate on the ineptness of the republicans"

That is all they have been doing !
Still have not offered plans to do anything differently .

Ah a typical liberal response to anything related to Foxnews. Too bad those articles are federal reports and factual numbers. The same numbers that are reported on CNN and MSNBC but since they are Foxnews they are somehow automatically wrong.

As far as Poverty in America, it will always exist. I can tell you that the poverty rate in America is far lower than China and Great Britian. I guess that means all those countries are headed for Economic dooms day too.

You said the working American family. The average working American family lives far above Poverty level so I fail to see how that is relevant

WHAT? Did you hear what you said? FACTUAL NUMBERS ARE REPORTED ON CNN AND MSNBC? Do they numbers on FOX come anywhere CLOSE to the numbers on the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES WHO REPORT THEM? No!!!

Show me your proof of greater poverty in China and Great Britian and then explain to me your justification for there being GREATER poverty under Bush than anyone else before...how does that make it all right with you?

Hey, whine all you want. You guys won the election and this nation is all your doing. Can't cry now. You got what you wanted and the fact and figures are here.

Now prove to me the democrats have offered no plan to do anything differently or admit it's just an opinion from someone who doesn't know.

Dems had two great candidates both of whom won the popular vote. And dems can prove they are not soft on war....as much as they can prove Bush has no balls to go after the real terrorits, Osama, nor the nation that funds him, Saudi Arabia, because he is good friends and business partners with the families of the royal family of Saud and the bin Ladens.

@Brent cv,
The Republicans will almost definitely keep control of the Senate. The House of Representatives is in question though. A few weeks ago, it looked like the Republicans wouldn't have a chance, but right now they have a decent shot. In a few weeks, we might see that the Republicans can hold on to both houses.

If they can take it, more power to them. I just don't think they got it in them. Some thing tells me we are about to steal another one.
