Thanks for sweet interaction. Yes, everything is interrelated in this world. When we speak of "Nothing" we definitely know what it means either in physical or metaphysical way. In other words, when we speak of Zero (0), we know it has value and it adds value to others. We cannot say for sure what ends where. It is all a continuity from Nothing to Everything.

Im in the mood for some word salad yum.
I think its worthwhile discussing such topics, help us define who and why we are and where are we going.
When you consider 'nothing' to exist then I guess one would come to the conclusion that is where we are going or not going. Though it must exist it can not be experienced.
A billion years would pass in the blink of an eye until.........something once again happens. Is Atman a fair conclusion?

For my part I am satisfied with understanding that "nothing" is a simple word we have endowed with a specific meaning. Any further discussion seems to only foster confusion. Paradoxes are a thing of language, not nature.

Guigus, I like your dichotomy..."from Nothing to Everything."
You treat them as opposites; that's legitimate in the usual parlance. But I do the opposite when I say that upon my death I will become BOTH Nothing AND Everything. I feel that in a special sense they are the same.

there was not "nothing " in the first place

the Universe and the spirit world are in the same place , just at a different energy level

bio-energy , and nuclear energy

Don't play dumb: I was not agreeing with you, but rather showing you that your strategy about "nothing" applies to all words, hence ultimately nullifying all meaning.

They are the same and not the same. In the very moment you say they are the same, you are asserting their difference, although you are also denying that same difference. And in both cases you are correct.

Zero has no value, except when all numbers become the same, like in the division of zero by zero:

1 * 0 = 0 .......... 0 / 0 = 1
2 * 0 = 0 .......... 0 / 0 = 2
2 = 1

But when that happens all mathematical operations become the same, hence meaningless. As a distinct number, zero adds no value to other numbers.
