mmmm, love the Chinese cuisine as long as it isn't too spicy. I am a whimp when it comes to spicy food.

Welcome to A2K.

Lingling, are you for real?

You could be a hairy mountain man living in Montana, for all we know, having a laugh at us.

I'm pretty sure even a beginner in English knows how to spell "good". And Chinese folk are careful, they check.

Entire nationalities are rarely immune to typos. Why so suspicious?

What's up with McTag? LingLing's first thread involved translation of 'welcome to A2K' into Cantonese. I'm taking her at her word, and looking for a good almond jelly recipe.

Hey Lingling,

Stop apologizing for your effort to learn and express yourself in English. If we have trouble understanding what you are saying, we'll let you know.

You're doing great so far. I haven't had any trouble with knowing what you were saying.

I see an occasional omitted word in sentence structure that would give more clarity, but there is definitely no need to apologize for the progress you are making.

I got a question. . . my wife and I made egg rolls once, and evidently we didn't have the roll tight enough. Although I seem to remember rolling to so tight it almost split the paper. So how do they get them so tight? Stuff it more? I dunno. . .
