@tsarstepan,
Kind of real world real.

Of course, there is no telling matrix real from real world real, as you well know!

@tsarstepan,
Thanks for that link; I've made a hard copy of the "moderate" B&B (coffee & bed) place. Looks like a winner.

@littlek,
You can write off 1st and a good chunk of the 2nd to jet lag. I am getting about in about 3.30 pm local time on the 1st.

The late afternoon/night of the 2nd is likely to be possible.

Mind you, the journey is a whole lot shorter from London, but the longitudinth is mighty!

Are you gonna make it up from Bawstin?

Please?

@littlek,
Don't know why but these guys were quite surprised that Bunny is still so unprepared at this stage!

@dlowan,
Probably because luggage is so restricted on flights these days so you often need lots of time to figure out what you can take.

My travelling companion is restricted to one 20 kilo suitcase.

Because I am going to the USA (odd) I can take two 23 kilo cases!!!! So it's not so critical for me.

I can take them from Adelaide to London....I can't take them from Berlin back to London!!

But I CAN take them from London to the US and back to Oz.

Luckily we have friends we can leave stuff at in England.

I am likely to be paying excess baggage when I fly internally in the US though, so I will still try to keep stuff to a minimum.

@dlowan,
You are allowed to take some personal belongs into the cabin with you such as a carry-on luggage, coat, plus a computer, and/or a (huge) handbag. Use your imagination on the "personal allowance."

would you rather see people after you've completely shaken off jet lag?

i'm thinking sunday the 3rd or saturday the 9th are the two best days...
