If you've been following http://able2know.org/topic/134242-15 at all, you'll know that Arella Mae's mare just gave birth to a bouncing baby foal (female).

However, this is not baby horse.

This is a mule (pictured with her mother).

It's time we brought in Jerry Springer Show-style theatrics to try to figure out: Who's the Baby Daddy???

All theories welcome, including humans, other kinds of unexpected animals and, of course, space aliens and the like.

Careful, someone might throw a chair, but we will end this thread with some sort of pious moralizing. Here, I've got the portable mic and will hand it over to you.

Rockhead, I fully expect JJ to sprout wings tomorrow and fly. I cannot believe my trainer pronounced JJ a girl when he had his hands all over her yesterday. Honestly though, yesterday, I didn't see what I saw today either. I had to take pics because I really thought I must just be seeing things.

I know less about mules than I do horses and I'm wondering if perhaps "it" just might not pop out the first day of birth or something?

I swear, I have never laughed so long or so hard in my entire life! Y'all are soooooooooooooo funny! I called my trainer last night and informed him that JJ isa he and not a she. He was like, "huh?" Then he went "ewwwwwwwwwww! I had my hands everywhere!" ROFL! But, like me and like Pam, he says "that" just wasn't there Friday.

I'm still waiting for Farmerman to tell me if maybe this just pops out after a bit or something. Oh boy, the people at my office are just gonna be rolling about this!

Oh, still going to call him Joy's Jewel and JJ for short. I think Jewel just took on some real significance. Laughing
